Nursing in General Practice Resources
The Nursing in General Practice Program has access to a range of resources related to nursing in general practice from across the Divisions network and relevant stakeholders. These resources range from tools to assist with the recruitment of nurses in general practice to education and professional development resources. Additionally, there are a variety of resources available that promote and enhance the role of nurses in general practice with particular focus on the management of chronic and complex conditions.
